Telemarketing calling after hours and in violation of the number's Do-Not-Call governmental registration and U.S law

I am getting calls from this number for a while now. Nobody speaks but I can hear some voices in the background. I think they were speaking in Hindi. Please let me know if you have more information on this call. Also please let me know how to avoid this kind of calls or where to complain if I have to stop getting this kind of calls. I am fedup with this number!!! Thank you in advance.

Been getting calls from this number now for a couple weeks. All times of day and evenings. Luckily, none (so far) in the middle of the night. Googled the number and found numerous sites with forums similar to this site. Looks like its been going on for a couple years now.

That fucken looser was cussing me saying I owe money for hospital and when I asked for Bill they said they cant send me any bill or letter and then he threatned me that the call was recorded and he will take legal actions towards me and will effect my cridet

HE HAS CALLED ME A NUMBER OF TIMES MAKING THEATS AND TELLING ME I WILL BE PICKED UP AT WORK TO BE ARRESTED.HE SAYS I OWE A PAYDAY LOAN COMPANY 789.00 WHICH I DO NOT OWE.bIG MISTAKE TAKING OUT A LOAN.I DID PAY THAT BACK.

Numerous phone calls -- no message.

NCC Commonwealth Financial Systems calls you and somputer dialer asks you to hold for an indefinate amount of time. i hung up and called from landline- some guy answered and I asked him if this was a collection call business and they were calling my cell for some guy for the past 6 years.. He hung up. I tried calling from my cell it connected then hung up.
